Erase my data

Your data is yours, and only yours. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or profiling. It is used solely to run PowerCoach for you. (Our Privacy Policy has the full picture, including the few service providers that help us operate the platform.)

You decide what gets removed. You can ask us to delete:

• Everything — your account and all of the data associated with it.
• Only your messages and comments — your chat history and notes, leaving the rest of your account intact.
• Only your metrics — your workout logs, body measurements, and progress data.

Delete everything yourself. In the PowerCoach app on Android or iOS, open Settings → Delete your account. Confirm with your password and your account, training history, messages, and uploads are removed from our servers on the spot — no email, no waiting.

Or ask us. For a partial erasure, or if you only use the web app, use the button below to email us and tell us what you’d like removed. The message comes pre-filled, so you can simply delete the options that don’t apply. We may need to confirm it’s really you before acting, to keep your account safe — and once it’s done, we’ll email you to confirm. This is your right to erasure under the GDPR, and it’s free.
